Robert Plane's performance of A Celestial Breath by Chris Malloy on BBC Radio 3 Hear and Now

Robert Plane

On tonight’s programme, Robert Worby presents highlights from Sonorities 2018 – Belfast’s important festival of electronic music which is held every two years.

In April this year, Robert Plane was involved in a series of concerts at the festival covering a wide range of repertoire including Boulez’s Dialogue de l’ombre double for Clarinet and Electronics. Robert’s performance of ‘A Celestial Breath’ by Chris Malloy features in tonight’s programme.

You will also be able to hear various interviews with those involved in this very unusual festival.

This episode of BBC Radio 3’s ‘Hear and Now’ will be available for a further 30 days.
