New Publicity Images for Robert Plane

Robert Plane has a new set of publicity images, taken on his recent visit to Chetham’s School of Music in Manchester.

The images were taken by Sara Porter for the “50 portraits” exhibition, where photographs are being taken of fifty people with close links to Chetham’s.

Rob was invited to take part as an alumnus of Chetham’s, where he frequently returns to give concerts and masterclasses.

The exhibition is a branch of the “Chetham’s at 50” celebrations, marking fifty years since it became a specialist music school, and the arrival of its first female students in the same year.

Rob’s recent performance at Stoller Hall with the Gould Piano Trio was one of the first in a series of fifty concerts that will be happening at the school throughout 2019 as part of “Chetham’s at 50”.

A full collection of Rob’s publicity images can be viewed on this page, where high-res versions can also be downloaded.
