Listen again to Linos Piano Trio on In Tune

Linos Piano Trio appeared on BBC Radio 3’s ‘In Tune’ programme on Friday 29th July, performing music by Brahms and Ravel, including some of  their own ‘Stolen Music’.

The Trio enjoyed chatting to Sarah Walker about their three-concert UK mini-tour, as well as their most recent CD release, part of their ongoing project ‘Stolen Music’.

Live in the studio, they performed an abridged version of the first movement from Brahms’s Piano Trio in B major, and two works by Ravel which feature in the programme for their three UK concerts: an extract from the Piano Trio in A minor and their very own ‘Stolen Music’ arrangement of the Tombeau de Couperin.

Their three-concert Uk mini-tour finishes tonight (Mon 1 Aug) at the Church Stretton Arts Festival in Shropshire, after the weekend saw them performing the same programme in Kent for the Great Comp Music Festival and in Ambleside for the Lake District Summer Music Festival.

Their ‘In Tune’ appearance will be available to listen again online until late August, and can be heard via this link — Linos’s appearances are at 05:40 and then again from 33:19.
