Tashmina Artists is delighted to welcome the renowned Leonore Piano Trio to the roster for worldwide representation.

Violinist Benjamin Nabarro, cellist Gemma Rosefield and pianist Tim Horton established the Leonore Piano Trio in 2012, as an extension of their work together as members of Ensemble 360. Gramophone Magazine has written of the Trio that it is “hard to imagine playing of a greater empathy […] The Leonores play with truly glorious affection and security”.

The Trio has given concerts in Italy, Norway, Turkey and New Zealand, and is regularly invited to perform at important festivals and series across the UK. Their discography includes multiple releases on Hyperion of works by little-known but highly regarded composers, which have earned five-star reviews from the press. Committed ambassadors of contemporary music, they have given the world premiere performances of works by Simon Rowland-Jones, Daniel Kidane and Huw Watkins.

This season, the Trio looks forward to giving a BBC Radio 3 Lunchtime Concert with violist Lawrence Power at Wigmore Hall, and a further appearance at Wigmore Hall which will feature trios by Huw Watkins, Brahms and Schumann.
