Tashmina artist Hiroaki Takenouchi welcomed young audience members to his recent recital in Essex,

Three students from Clacton County High School were invited by Clacton Arts and Literary Society to attend pianist Hiroaki Takenouchi’s recent recital as part of their series. Young pianists Athena, Yulian and Daniel not only heard the performance, but had the opportunity to speak with Hiroaki following the concert.

The Clacton Gazette reported that

Mr Takenouchi … was keen to explore their favourite composers and encouraged them to explore different musical pieces. He also asked the students to choose one of his albums which he then presented to them as a gift.

Hiroaki Takenouchi can be heard next on 6th March when he will be performing a programme of music by four British female composers as part of Kettner Concerts. Tickets and more information can be found here.
