The Gould Piano Trio appears at London’s Wigmore Hall this Sunday, performing two trios from the core of its repertoire.
The Gould Piano Trio returns to Wigmore Hall on Sunday 16th June to perform Dvořák’s Piano Trio in E minor, op. 90, Dumky, and Brahms’ Piano Trio No. 3 in C minor op. 101.
The trio has garnered critical acclaim for its performances of music by both composers, with The Strad describing their recording of the complete Brahms trios and quartets as “intensely expressive, with glistening tone that yields exquisite clarity”.
