Corbridge Chamber Music Festival: Music from our homes, to yours

This year’s Corbridge Chamber Music Festival will be taking place online, with a series of concerts being streamed on the festival’s YouTube channel from 24th-26th July.

The Gould Piano Trio and Robert Plane, Artistic Directors of the festival, will be joined by a select group of talented performers to present this virtual incarnation of the annual summer festival.

The content will include several concerts recorded specially for the festival at the homes of the performers, as well as some archive footage from recent pre-lockdown live events. The music presented will range from Bach to Beethoven to Boulez, and includes several solo performances as well as chamber ensembles.

There will be no charge to watch the videos online, but donations are encouraged where possible, to help secure the future of the festival during this challenging time.

The festival will take place from 24th-26th July, and all content can be accessed via the Corbridge Chamber Music Festival YouTube channel or via the events listed below.
