Tim Horton plays Brahms’s Ballade in B major, op. 10, no. 4, and Schubert’s Piano Sonata no. 21 in B flat major, D. 960, as part of a ‘Virtual Coffee Concert’ from Oxford’s Holywell Music Room.
Chopin’s four Ballades opp. 23, 38, 47 and 52, key pillars of the composer’s extensive oeuvre for solo piano, will feature alongside Mozart’s Fantasia in C minor, K. 396, and Szymanowski’s Masques, op. 34.
