In this video Simon Callaghan and Hiroaki Takenouchi, the Parnassius Piano Duo, perform the fearsome Scherzo from the Suite for Two Pianos by the little-known composer Percy Sherwood. They have just completed recording Percy Sherwood’s Suite for Two Pianos in C major, Percy Sherwood’s Sonata for Two Pianos in C minor, and Hubert Parry’s Grosses Duo in E minor, for release on the Lyrita label later in the year.
