Linos Piano Trio appeared on BBC Radio 3’s ‘In Tune’ programme on Friday 29th July, performing music by Brahms and Ravel, including some of their own ‘Stolen Music’.

The Linos Piano Trio has been nominated for the renowned OPUS Klassik awards in three different categories.
Linos Piano Trio wins Preis der deutschen Schallplattenkritik
The Linos Piano Trio has been awarded first prize in the chamber music category of the prestigious Preis der deutschen Schallplattenkritik (German Record Critics Award).
Having been placed on the long list, the Trio’s latest CD ‘Stolen Music’ was chosen as winner in the chamber music category for the fourth quarter of 2021, with the jury describing their performances as “ravishingly musical, amazingly homogeneous and absolutely stylish”.

Linos Piano Trio ‘Stolen Music’ disc out next week
The Linos Piano Trio are excited to release their second studio album ‘Stolen Music’ next week.
The disc takes its title from an ongoing project for the Trio which centres on a series of orchestral masterpieces collaboratively reimagined for piano trio.
Recorded for CAvi music in partnership with the Bayerischer Rundfunk, the CD is due for general and online release on Friday 18 June.
The Linos Piano Trio is back in the recording studio
Hot on the heels of their first commercial CD (released on the CAvi label in May 2020) and the ensuing flurry of excellent reviews, the Linos Piano Trio are now recording their second disc. They have been invited to make this new disc in a partnership between Bayerischer Rundfunk and AVI-Service for music, and have been recording this week in the Bayerischer Rundfunk building in Munich.
